## Common Portal Tasks at a Glance

<Accordion title="How do I update my mailing address?">
  Log in to your member portal, go to **Account Settings** or **Profile**, and update your address. For address changes related to your enrollment (not just communications), you may need to contact member services at the number on your ID card, as enrollment records may be maintained separately.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="How do I add a dependent to my plan?">
  Adding a dependent usually requires a qualifying life event (birth, marriage, or adoption). Log in and look for **Manage Dependents** or **Life Event** options under your plan. If you cannot find this option, call member services — they can process the change on your behalf and verify any required documentation.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="How do I pay my premium online?">
  Go to **Billing & Payments** in your member portal. You can pay by bank account (ACH) or credit/debit card. Setting up **auto-pay** ensures your premium is paid on time every month and prevents a lapse in coverage due to a missed payment.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Can I access the portal for someone else?">
  Yes — if you are an authorized **personal representative**, you can access another member's portal. Register at the [personal representative portal](https://www.healthsafe-id.com/rt/login/uhcpr/en) and link to the member's account using their member information.
